About HYDRAP

HYDRAP spol. s r.o. is a purely Czech company of medium size, which was founded in 1992 in Zlín with a focus on engineering production. We produce rotating components according to project documentation in series of thousands to millions of pieces on CNC machines. We are a supplier to the automotive industry, GAS, health technology, hydraulic and air distribution, construction, plastics industry, etc. Our major customers include GCE, Vaillant Industrial, Protherm Production, Honeywell Technologies, Resideo, Plastika, Magneton etc. Our production also includes our own range of engineering fittings for hydraulic and air distribution.

The project will be developed according to the customer’s requirements, from design to production and assembly. This includes heat treatment and surface treatment, which we provide in the form of cooperation. We manufacture on multi-spindle automatic lathes, CNC and CNC long-running machines and finishing machines with precision down to thousandths of millimetres, primarily in brass, steel, aluminium and stainless steel with diameters from 5 to 53 mm or hexagon max. OK46. We machine angular brass forgings on 6 spindle semi-automatic machines.

The quality management system ISO 9001, IATF 16 949 and the environmental management system ISO 14001 are implemented in Hydrap. Compliance with the Code of Ethics is an integral part of our policy.
